Brief

Baskerville’s vision of perfection is portrayed in his font; we took the font Baskerville and changed it to suit our version of perfection. Our new typeface reflects the precision in the type’s symmetry. We focused on the size and thickness of the font to portray the appeal and attractiveness and this use of symmetry and precision will allow our typeface to more persuasive and universally used. The font designs look ancient and strange therefore we want to show this through the means of materials, we chose a thick tweed fabric to capture an old scroll and the ink will contrast it well.
